Looking at my stats what would probably be the best way to make money for my armor related things?

Things I need to have: What would be best?

Barrows (training def to 70):

And casualy fighitng gear with mostly likely whip.

Quests that I have seen that need to be done

Lost City

Priest in Peril

Monkey Madness

RFD?

Fairy Rings thing

1 quick question, at slayer level 1 can you start doing tasks from the 2nd to last instructor? Since certain slayer levels is required to do things.

Any advice is appreciated thanks.

Dude, you're an idiot #-o
Dude, your feeble attempt at an insult is hilarious.

... You can tell JAGeX is British - No common sense. :notalk:
Supportmage:Quick Robin,to the roflcopter!

Regarding slayer masters: The 4 lowest slayer masters has different combat level requirements to take assignments, Shilo master who is the highest also has a slayer level requirement, you can find them all here

As long as you meet the combat level requirement, you can go to which slayer master you want, I suggest taking starting with the edgeville master. No slayer master will give you an assignment you dont have the slayer level assignment to meet.

Regarding quests, in addition to what you already have listed:

Druidic ritual as one of your first quests, to be able to start the herblore skill. You will need herblore levels to do hero's quest, and you will want to do hero's quest to be able to recharge your own glory amulets.

Tree gnome village - to get access to spirit tree for free teleports. Very useful before you have access to members magic teleport spells (and yeay, useful later on as well). Later on also do the Grand Tree quest, to ride on the gnome gliders since they take you to spots far away from any other teleport sports.

Plaque city - for access to Ardounge teleport, which makes getting around a lot easier.

Please think before you ask a question. If you ask the right question, its much more likely you get the answer you are looking for :)

Also:

start farming a.s.a.p., you you can do fairy tale part 1 and start part 2, for access to the fairy rings. These have proven to be very usefull for me!

The rest of your stats are decent, although your magic level could use some work to lvl55 (high alchemy) or lvl 56 (charge water orb: battle staving is EXCELLENT crafting xp, and a possible money maker!).

When you want to train combat (and when you are not after a specific beasty) combine it with slayer! It's 2 hits in 1 blow.
