Decided to give digipainting a shot.

 

 

 

Had a sketch of some weird cartoony dragon laying around.. So I decided to remake it in photoshop.

The changes to the scales look worse on the last img. The second last looks much more natural.

(in response to venomai's post) Not quite sure which of the scales I like better when it comes to shape, but I definitely like the colouring job ont he last one best. I don't like how blurred they look in the one above.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Overall, nice job so far :) I love the eye, it looks nice. Looking forward to see how it turns out in the end.
