Just what it says. It lets other people use magic spells or items on you to help you out. You must turn it on for someone to use a Teleother spell on you, for example. Also used for some Lunar Magicks, and I think the butterflies you can catch using the Hunter skill.

People can teleother you when you have accept aid on.

 

 

 

When someone is on Lunar Magic you can get affected by the pot share spell.

 

 

 

My advice is to keep it off all the time unless you need to get teleothered to prevent unwanted teleother windows, like in Dharok's tomb.
