In the rants forum you can find quite a lot of rants that are specifically about people being not very nice, or irritating, noobs, or whatever. As it are always quite the same stories, I think there should be a sticky for these kind of issues. Most people know by now that not all of the players in RS are nice (understatement) so it's getting quite old to read these topics every time. It really adds nothing useful. So imo it would be best to get these things covered in a sticky.

Well I do think several of the threads you mentioned would fall under this sticky: Why I put people on my ignore list! (No naming names). So if you see a rant about people being annoying and whatnot, feel free to report it and one of us will lock it and inform the author of that sticky :)
