March 23, 200719 yr I'm pretty sure castle wars is west of yanille. Almost all of the worlds will have a game going on. You should probably be lvl 60 if you don't want people to get annoyed with you, but they can't stop you if you aren't.

On-Topic: There isn't a specific world that Clan Wars happen on. There are tons of different leveled clans and the only way for you to find one and fight in it is to join a clan.
