Ok, I know that dusties are in the smoke cave, and i cant wear a helm in there because i need the mask, but if I were to use guthans, would it heal me faster than the smoke kills me, or will it still heal enough to be useful?

Kill_Thomas9, don't even attempt to wear anything but a FaceMask in the Smoke Well. Unless you had around 123 Attack and Strength and were quite lucky with Guthans Set Effect working very often..

stick to bones to peaches and use a mud staff for the job.
