Well judging by your skills you'd probably be best off woodcutting Yews. But they can be slow and tedious.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I'd say try making some air runes, once you get to a fairly decent level they can be quite profitable, and alongside the world 16 air company it'll make it quite easy.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you don't want to do skill work, just give merchanting a try. That's a pretty easy way to make money and if your good at it, it won't take long at all to earn the amount you desire.

Merchanting would be the most effective method, but just like certain skills some people can not stand it, nor require the ability to do it well.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you aren't fond of merchanting I suggest cutting yews.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mining 2k coal, 1k iron, and then smelting into steel bars will give you enough cash for your goal though, so you could also try that.
