I got a crawling hand drop from a slayer crawling hands assignment....what is it for? what do i do with it?

You can get it stuffed in a house in Canfis. Afterwords you can put it inside your player-owned house. It goes inside the skill hall.

Lucky :D You can have it stuffed by the taxidermist in Canifis and mount it on the wall of your Skill Hall if you have the construction level. Nice.
