Well I was changing to ancients for a spot of duelling when I noticed someone in the bandit pub saying that the bandits were aggressive meaning great exp.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I was wondering if I wore my zamorak cape would it be good xp for me, with full rune, obby shield, berserker and D Scim?

Yes, it would be good training, but take plenty of food and tele/ring of life just in case you get caught out. If you travel by rug, you won't need waterskin.
