You will reach there upon near completion of the quest cabin fever

Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.

I did complete that quest, but all I can get ti is the distilleries, How do I get to the other side of the island??

Get to that ectofungus city using the charter ships. Then enter one of the boats on the docks with bill teach pirate on it. Talk to him, and you can get there.
