Im cb 79 and need higher defence, But where is it good to train ?

rock crabs are good.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Slayer tasks are good too.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I also like Guards in Varrock palace, because they drop lvl 2 clue scrolls, and provide a good balance between easy to kill but not too easy.

If you care about speed but not necessarily drops, go to the Ghouls just to the east of Canifis. They are really fast and will automatically attack you. You should not need much food, if any, at 79 combat. :D

I would recomend slayer then when you have 90-95+ combat train at bandits.

I would train on varrock guards. They drop lvl 2 clue scrolls and they dont hit high.
