To make a long story short, on my first trip to dagganoth kings I killed Rex once and got a zerker ring. Is that normal for getting a ring in such a short time or was that just luck?

It's very rare to get it on the first kill, though they aren't incredibly rare, I'm guessing 1:100 or so?
