Jk, this is in the wrong forum, but if your short of cash you should mine coal and iron, smelt, then sell the steel bars. Otherwise, just make steel plates. You didn't exactly specify your smithing or mining level. If you want to get mining up at the same time, mine the ores you need. ~It's Super Effective!
