Alright after that ...6/10

It's pretty damn ugly if you ask me. Like someone else said, the colours are terrible, and the inverted/colourized header including the shape just needs to be totally reworked. The background also repeats for me, and for heavens sake, get rid of the marquee. The font used in the navigation looks silly too, or you have tried to use a font that isnt universally on everyones system.

Font doesnt work, i see times new roman... evil
