how do i kill the electric balls (killerwatts) insulated boots dont seem to work shall wear gloves too?

Wear the insulated boots and attack them like normal monsters, they should change from floating to walking if you fight them.

dragonhide armor tends to work a lot better then metal armor, at least for me.
