How do you know how much you have and how long does it take to replenish? I used my prayer book to see what the different preaches say, and then it said i didn't have enough special energy to preach after i used them all, but i cant figure out how much i have

edit: yes it dose go by spec bar my mistake

but i still had 44/43 prayer points at the time

it uses ur spec bar so u cant spam it

oh thats probably why i couldn't see it, i have zamorak staff which has no spec bar
