First...how do i make these?Build a lecturn in your house, then study it and click on the correct tablet with the teleport runes and soft clay in your invintory.

When you die IN a house you dont lose anything so a house telly-tab should work.

To make teleport tablets, you need to have a house. You need to be able to have the room that you can make the tablets. (A study that costs 50k gp and you have to have lvl 40 construction) Then, you would have to get the teleport runes (ex: varrok teleport tablet 1 law, 1 fire, 3 airs) and soft clay. To make other teleport tablets, you need to upgrade your lectern. The list of lecterns are:
