It's pretty cool, I don't really like the number font on there, the 1's look like 7's to me. The one your currently using as a sig looks like rough.

yeh its because it needs to be under 30kb :s

firt: a sig is 450 pixels wide and 175 pixels high

 

second: ur text is very hard to read

 

third: the guy's eyes have no pupils

 

fourth: its not that bad

Ok coming from someone thats experienced at cartoon sigs (dont look at my sig I've been too lazy to change it) its ok for a first. You need a light source first off and I reccomend making the character look happy. also some shading is needed. here have a look at one i made for somebody

 

2zs1wyu.png Its not my best I know but its got shadows and its got 2 light sources. Ive done better but its a good example. hope i helped
