April 6, 200719 yr You can get a giant pouch even at level 1 rc Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.

April 6, 200719 yr You can get all the pouches whenever you want, despite your runecrafting level. What matters is when you use them. You will not be able to use all the pouches until you fulfill the runecrafting level requirement.
