my goal this summer is too make a 1 def mage/range pure with ancients..

 

i was wondering what lvls should i get to accomplish that. and be under 50 combat.

That means you probably have to train magic in the most non-combat way. Get to lvl you desire by enchanting/teleporting/high alch means, then you consider whether you want to train def or not and use def to lvl hp.

1. get 3 mage at tut island

 

2. weaken till you can confuse and till you can curse ( or whatever the order is )

 

3. curse till low alch

 

4. low alch till varrock telly

 

5. varrock telly till lumby telly

 

6. lumby telly till fally telly

 

7. fally telly till superheat ore

 

8. superheat ore till high alch

 

9. high alch till stun

 

10. stun to 82 mage

 

 

 

ok you will be 82mage wif 10hp (cbat 42). now you need to get range up ( for hp nd 2nd cbat choice nd for dt )

 

 

 

now range however you like till 50/60. rock crabs are good.

 

now go pest control. spend points on range.

 

 

 

try to get over 70 range. how you have good enough stats for dt. you wont need prayer, you can use entangles nd range.

 

 

 

now put on ancients and go pkin. use ice burst nd smoke blitz ( good for poison nd ko hit ) and range.

 

if you wana duel use ice blitz nd start off with smoke blitz. if you think ur gona die use blood blitz. If they mage or range hit smoke nd then range spec.

 

 

 

you will be very strong. if you want to later get 85 mage to go solo pkin nd tb entangle + range
