April 9, 200719 yr Besides something expensive like Photoshop (already downloaded and used up the trial), I need a free downloadable program that will allow you to upload a photo and turn it at any degree out of 360. On paint I can only go 90, 180, and 270, but I need a program that will allow me to turn 40 or 15 degrees and such. Any suggestions? Me doing staff.
April 9, 200719 yr I dont know for sure but I would expect that GIMP can do that. I hear its like a free version of photoshop thats not as user friendly.
April 9, 200719 yr I dont know for sure but I would expect that GIMP can do that. It can. It'll make for a good replacement of MS Paint after you play with it a bit and figure things out. You will need to install both GTK and GIMP from the GIMP-Win download page if you decide to use it.
