seaweed and sand prices?

I've heard you can buy seaweed in Port Phasmys and buy sand somewhere after the Hand in the Sand quest. My questions:

 

 

 

1) how much does the seaweed cost?

 

2) how much is in stock at once?

 

 

 

3) how much does the sand cost?

 

4) how much is in stock at once?

Don't know about port phasmatys, but the carter ships trade in seaweed and soda ash (15 max stock of each). Not sure of the prices.

 

 

 

As for the Hand in the Sand quest. After you finish, once each day you can talk to Bert (from the quest) and he will put 84 buckets of sand in you bank. No cost, but like I said only once a day.

ok, thanks jake, now that you said that, i think i did see charter ships...dont know where i got port phasmys though. And as for the sand, that could be helpful but it would take a little over a month to get about 3000...Anyways, thanks

Yea, not the best way to get a lot fast, but it's a good steady amount. But if you do use him, another tip, is that if you have Lunar magic, Bert is included in the "Contact NPC" spell. So you don't have to "physically" visit him to get your sand each day.

i cant use lunar magicks yet, i only have 50 crafting, im trying to get 63 for green d'hide bodies. Do you know what would be the fastest way to gather sand?

Yanille and Zanaris are the closest sand pits to a bank ( unless some of the newer towns have them). Might try using the interactive world map above the game screen. Might find something closer.
