Zamarko_Monk Posted April 11, 2007 Share Posted April 11, 2007 I bought a vanilla Visa gift card and I tried to use it for membership but this message keeps popping up everytime I try. There was a problem taking payment from your card. The specific response was: The transaction was declined by your card issuer. Am I doing something wrong? or is it something else?
