would that give me the member item bonus?

 

my range bonus in p2p is 100 right now, in f2p it's only 55. Will i still benefit from wearing these items?

Simple response, eh? Any members items you are wearing or wielding will not give you the stat bonuses whilst in F2P. But it often gives you the "look at me I'm a member, I'm (cool/strong/snobby)" look.
