April 13, 200719 yr I tried fighting this guy in full Adamant, I'm using the weapon that is required for killing him in the quest. My stats are: Attack- 40 Defence- 30 Hitpoints- 37 Strength- 25 He's hitting 4-11 while I'm hitting 1s. What am I doing wrong?
April 13, 200719 yr You're gonna need melee prayer if you want to kill him with those stats. I did it (no prayer) with the following stats and rune armour: Atk 67 Str 61 Def 60 HP 64 Used magic secateurs, didn't have a problem. My guess is you're gonna need some more combat lvls before you take down the Tanglefoot. perfect grammar is one thing, typing like a drugged monkey and enjoying it is anotherAMEN!
April 13, 200719 yr Actually for the Tanglefoot, the higher your farming, the better you hit it. If you have a low farming level, it's going to take a while to kill it. If Jagex ever made a perfect update, there would be players complaining about nothing to complain about.[hide=My Stats][/hide]
