how, or who can make this file smaller? can anyone help as it is like 102kb, i need it to 0kb or less....plz help?

From what I know, and the cabbage dude above, you'll probably never get it under 0kb.

I tried making it 30 kb or less but the quality just drops too much.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

60KB is as low i could go.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Though the quality.... well...

You can make it smaller by using less frames, good luck!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also make sure there isn't any WHITE space on the sides
