bizzawizz Posted April 15, 2007 Share Posted April 15, 2007 Well, i got my old pc back yesterday after it had a new mothboard installed, well i switched it on and i had to re-register with microsoft that was all fine, but then when everything loaded up 3 add new hardware wizards popped up asking me to install, Ethernet Controler, Multimedia audio controller and Video controller (Vga compatible), im using my other pc to get on here and ask for help :thumbsup:, here are my pc specs and so forth. Doomster Posted April 15, 2007 Share Posted April 15, 2007 The graphics controller appears to be an Intel 865G/GL/GV http://www.intel.com/support/chipsets/sb/cs-009241.htm - so the other things on this page may also be relevant - it may require the chipset software for optimum performance, and it may or may not be equipped with the RAID-capable version of the chipset. The ethernet is a Marvell Yukon The audio is AC97 (Soundmax chip) on Intel chipset - Sounsmax drivers are ONLY released through motherboard manufacturers, so you need to identify the motherboard make and model - usually flashes up during the BIOS bootup.
