Farming Help

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Quick farming question. Does the yield of herbs alter as your farming level increases? The reason I ask is that even when using super compost I have never got more that 6 ranarrs, when some guides quote a possible yield of up to 15.

Thanks in advance.

I don't believe it does. When I do ranarrs now, and when I did ranarrs back when I first could, it's pretty much a 6-7 yield average still.

2 ways to increase yield of herbs:

Use of super compost.

Wielding magic scautauers( from fairy tale pt1) while harvesting herbs may get you 10-15% more harvest

Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.

Unfortunately Farming level does not increase yield. And the max herb yield is 16 (I've gotten it twice).

Actually it's higher than that :P during my experiences I've managed to get 18 at tops now, heard from various sources that it's possible to get even more.
