Stick to wealth, which will help with the drops, instead of a tiny strength bonus that makes you hit 3/10th of a hit higher. I'd say just do slayer tasks, that way your training a hard skill, getting good combat xp and drops, and keeping from the boredom of killing thousands of the same creatures.
