Just planted my first spirit tree. Can anyone tell me whether they can be used to transport to and from Grand Tree, or just to the Grand Tree?

They are the same as the tree in varrock. It can only transport you to tree gnome village and vice versa.

Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.
