April 22, 200719 yr the answers are rather obvious. the KB states that teleblock disables ANY form of teleporting, including levers, portals, ectophials, teleother, zamorak mage and so on. and the KB also states that past lvl 30 wildy theres NO way to tele out, not even with a ring of life. and the 3rd question, as the caster himself is not teleing, why would he not be able to teleother?
