April 22, 200719 yr im training range to lvl 70.im 40 at the moment andi am finding it very difficult to get it up efficiantly.any ideas on caged monsters?good safespots?best exp? im just at a loss on what to train range on edit:btw i dont want to use chinchompas or anyother forms of ranged weaponry.just a yew and mage shortbow.
April 22, 200719 yr Ogre's are pretty good as they have low defence. Moss giants or Hill giants, the first are good because they drop things like ranarr seeds.
April 26, 200719 yr im training range to lvl 70.im 40 at the moment andi am finding it very difficult to get it up efficiantly.any ideas on caged monsters?good safespots?best exp? im just at a loss on what to train range on edit:btw i dont want to use chinchompas or anyother forms of ranged weaponry.just a yew and mage shortbow. well u know ur low lvled, but u can try doin minotaurs in SOS even at lvl 40 range, they drop iron arrows so kill them with like 3 hits, then dont bother grabbing the scattered arrows, just take the conevenite stack of arrows it drops, this wil go by fast and u wont be losin arrows after a while u could consider doing fire giants, blue drags, ice trolls and finding a good safespot, try searching around in player-made guides a bit btw, ur stats suck, but that hunter lvls freakin hot :thumbsup: :XD: \ pure:demon_x_king
April 26, 200719 yr it's the same for everyone. iron arrows 1-22 chickens 22-55 lvl 12 minotaurs in SoS lvl 55-65 hill giants lvl 65+ fire giants you could later go to lessers or greaters, but there's not really any point.

I think that better place (where I got 40 range) is in the Lessers in Karamja dungepm...There are like 3 safespots and they have good life giving more range xp My stats Quited RuneScape-17 July 2007, Still fighting for f2p rights
April 27, 200719 yr I did most of my slayer assignments with ranging. Moss giants are really good, especially if you get right in the middle of all four of them (just to the left of the firepit). If you are lucky you can be one of the only ones there and have all four giants to yourself. Good luck! I'm a married mother that plays RuneScape. Got a problem with that?
