Is using the phrase " nerd get a life" offensive language. Some guy told me he reported me for using that phrase after i got ticked at him for making fun of me for using protect from meele prayer on ice trolls.

I doubt it. Atleast i wouldnt consider it as "offensive" language. In most cases, the statement's true. I think offensive language is more like swearing, saying racial slurs, etc

ya more along the lines of atking them only like bein racist/sexist or sumthing, + swearing

it depends does the report actually get to jagex (if he isnt a mod, very unlikely for rule 1)

 

if the report did get to jagex, then what the jmod reading it thinks, everyone is different in there...
