April 23, 200719 yr i just stared construction people complain alot about not planning ahead on there house and i had a link one time that allowed for house planning anybody have and how much will it cost from 1 to 45 thanks ahead of time im not crazy everyone else is!!! unless im wrong if you give a noob a muffin he will probaly ask for another and butter scammees always believe the scammer nothing you can do
April 23, 200719 yr RuneHq has a great house planner here. You'll need around 1K oak planks for the leveling only. If you cut you're own loggs and make them into planks yourself you'll need 250K for that. If you buy oak logs and convert them, you'll need 30K extra. If you just buy oak planks, they cost around 450-500K. This is obviously only for the leveling self, if you also want some kind of house it'll cost more. When everything's been said and done, more has been said than done.All skills 80+
April 24, 200719 yr I haven't made it to 45 (only level 31) but I've already spent 275k on it and to be quite honest, it isn't much to look at. I got to the point though that it's quicker and cheaper to constantly tear down oak furniture and just rebuild it. I wouldn't buy bolts of cloth because they can add a lot to your cost (unless you're actually looking to make an appealing house, then I'd wait till you're close to completing your goal). My main advice is to try and do quests that give experience to crafting to help you out a bit ~ Steven
April 25, 200719 yr I'm 50 con. My house is worth about 3.75mil. I've spent about 1.25mil on getting 50 con. this was awile agos so stuff will proble be cheaper now. I'de say your looking at about 150k getting 45 con(from level 31) DO NOT PM ME IF I'M ONLINE!!Don't swear DIK-HEAD!!!! :evil: Omg, Bob is Zaros :P I will kill all who come within 1 square of me!!
