OK so i got the clue that ends in the ogre city, (witch i believe is gu'tanoth

 

So my question is how do i get in there?

 

I just talked to the guy at the watchtower so i have started the quest.

If it is the clue I am thinking about, you will have to do quite a bit of the quest to get there. Just follow the guide on the main site.
