The rares have been dropping or not rising recently. It is always hard to find the bottom. There have been times before when rares stabalized for a time. But there will never be any more of them in the game. So in the long term, a rare should still be a good investment. If you want one,save the money and buy one. Just plan to hang on to it for 6 months or so and you should not lose cash.

Bank sale reallly means you are cleaning out the stuff you don't want to make room in your bank. So I am not sure what your question really is.

If you have a PC team, PC is really the fastest way to get range exp. I used PC to go from 92 range to 99 in not long at all. Good luck.

The clay oven at Neitiznot is closest to a bank. I think it counts as a range, but I have 99 cooking so I can't tell for sure. The bank is a chest, so it is a 1 click bank as well. Using this one requires Fremminick Trials and at least starting Fremmy Isles quest. Good luck.

Have you considered doing the rune armor stand over and over? It takes longer for the construction part, but less oak planks. You usually do the calculations for things, so I wondered if you have looked at the difference.

It really depends more on you. The Santa you can wear right now. And if you decide you don't like it, you can sell it later. The mage cape will take a long time to get. I would probably buy the Santa, try it out for a while and decide if it means anything to you to have one. A lot of people get a santa and decide they would rather have the skill cape. If you want to show off a member item, you can equip it and ppl can see it. But you cannot use it on a free server. The only exception I know of are the Skill Capes. The emotes can be done on a free server.

Good luck wakka. I get too bored with agility - I do a lvl or 2 and then work on something else for a looooong time.

Jagex has updated the accumulator since the quest. It will pick up most of your arrows or knives, as long as there is not a barrier like a rock. I have only tried it with big monsters like bloodvelds - it worked very well there with iron knives.
