No you can't.. well i'm pretty sure you can't.

 

Only way of getting two would be dieing with torso in a tele spot, tele to barb. assault then cashing in points teleing back and picking up torso... which I doubt would work.

Or...get enough points for one, buy one then go get enough points for another, drop torso (If they don't let you have more then one at a time) Buy the torso then pick it back up, there you got two. Works for most quest items you can drop and get more of them.
