Therefore, anything with a value over 0gp (in other words, just about anything) will protect over it. If you were skulled, then you'd lose everything. If you only had Camo items, then the most expensive items you'd have would be at 0gp, so you'd still keep the 3 most expensive items you have (even if they have a price of 0gp).
