Fight Caves - need help choosing equipment - argh post more!

I'm going to do it the ranging way. After buying potions and crystal bows, I'll have around 5M to spend on equipment. Muggiwhplar recommends...

Trimmed 99 Cape > God Cloak > Ava's Accumulator > 99 Cape > Obsidian Cape > Legends Cape > God Cape > Regular Cape

 

Fury > God Stole > Unholy Symbol > Glory

 

Crystal Bows > Karils Crossbow (5k bolt racks) > Magic Shortbow (1k Rune Arrows, picking up)

 

Karils Leathertop > Black Dragonhide Body > Monk Robe Top

 

Veracs Plateskirt > Proselyte Platelegs/Skirt > Initiate Platelegs/Skirt > Monk Robe Bottom

 

Gloves (Barrows) > Black Vambraces

 

Ranger Boots > Snakeskin Boots > White Boots

 

Archers Ring > Ring of Recoil

 

 

 

This is what I'm leaning towards, rate it or hate it :P

 

 

 

Any advice on the actual caves would, of course, be appreciated also.

Veracs helm and skirt are probably the best things to spend your money on. Use accumlater for backpack, and snakeskin boots. An unholy symbol is good too, and use the leftover money for an archers ring or recoil.

The Veracs items are the most important ones, the rest is not as important. When the 90s are hitting on you the defence of Veracs will be very welcome. Take it from a guy that got his firecape with proselyte armour.

Yeah i would say the equipment you have chosen is all statisfactory. Might be a nice idea to use karils instead of the black hide top though seen as one is only about 150k.
