It depends where the banker is how good you are at quickly clicking :shock:

1: You should be able to cook around 1300-1400 things an hour at rogues den.

 

2: I cooked sharks from 92 to 99 without guants, and I doubt I burnt more than 100 of them. With guants, you won't have a problem.
