Heroes or Heroes of the Might and Magic - V (HOMMV), does anyone play this game?

 

And if you do which race and which hero do you normally pick, and especially, why?

 

 

 

I normally play Inferno with my favourite hero being Deleb. Even though I think this hero and this faction is amazing, and pretty overpowered (empowered balista, gating ability), there must be some other factions which have some amazing abilities and heroes.

 

 

 

Also does anyone have any information on the release date of the new expansion?

 

 

 

I'm really interested in:

 

New Upgrade Level: Every creature in the Heroes V universe will get an alternative upgrade level, increasing the total number of creatures in the Heroes of Might & Magic V line to over 170! These powerful new abilities are sure to become an integral part of your combat tactics.

I was really disapointed with it.

 

 

 

I enjoyed HOMM II and III. IV was alright. However I just... didn't like V, never could get into it.

That's odd. General opinion is that III was by far the best part, IV sucked, anything before III was too old to be any good and V is pretty much III revived, in 3D and with extras.

 

 

 

I really enjoyed V though! :D

Oh I had a ton of fun with the second one, its what started me on the series.

 

 

 

I'm not sure what it was really about V but it just never drug me in like the others. III was deffinitly the top though.

I guess when you've played WoW nothing can compete eh? :P

I tried Heroes V before WoW, Meesy :wink: .

 

 

 

(And I've played a lot better games than WoW as well, hehe)
