Lv 1: Thieving Ham Nubs or Killing Ham Nubs

 

Lv 2: Guards, Varrock Castle. Lv 37 Tribesman (Surprisingly dropped fairly well wen i was doin jungle clean up.)

 

Lv 3: Green Drags, Blue Drags and GDZ (Greaters). Hell hounds r pointless they only drop clues and not that often...

 

 

 

Clue Scrolling Analysis

 

I've done many clues and this is my basic analysis.

 

Lv 1: Easy to obtain, About every 1/3 is a decent drop, decent drops arent that decent unless wizzy g or flared etc.

 

Lv 2: Basically Pointless Sometimes they are hard to get (100+ Guards) and often the rewards are as bad as lv 1 cept they take longer. Unless of course you get Ranger Boots, but they're pretty darn rare. Also, the challenges are almost as hard as lv 3's (co-ordinates e.t.c)

 

Lv 3: Perfecto I luv gettin green drags or gdz for slayer cause dem clueys come rolling in. Rewards are often pretty gd even for what is considered a bad drop (i.e Rune pl8, 100 laws; still 70k+) Also, any decent drop is a good drop unlike lv 1 + 2 (black t, addy t e.t.c)

 

 

 

Harvesting Clues Professionally

 

Lv 1

 

Invent;

 

50 laws

 

Air Staff

 

50 waters

 

50 fires

 

50 earths

 

or Tabs.

 

Spade

 

10 Energy Pots (4)

 

5-10 lobs (not necesarry)

 

 

 

Harvesting;

 

Go straight to HAMs and start thieving, if u get caught loads or arent havin much luck then move on to HAM guards as they are froobs and drop regularly as well.

50 Basic Runes

 

Air Staff

 

Co-Ordinates Gear (Clock, Sextant, Chart)

 

DDS or Whip

Harvestation;

 

Varrock Castle Guards are considered very gd, i can't really judge as i h8 lv 2 clueys. Also try Tribesman in Karmja if u feel like some jungle clean up or want snakeskin, make sure u have antipoison if u want to hunt tribesman.

Harvestation;

 

GDZ, Green Drags, Blu Drags or Red Drags are probably the best. I suggest for harvesting lv 3's that unless u are wearing top gun armour and stuff that u bring 'training' gear (i.e armour, wep n stuff) and train on ur desired NPC until u get a cluey, tele, bank and then grab cluey gear. I tend to train range when harvesting lv 3's so that I can use Safe Spots so I can bring my harvesting gear. (ranging not recommended for drags.)

 

BTW; Gr8 range safe spots at red drag isle, me and my bro harvest clueys there while collecting red d'hides (3-5k per). Gr8 range training, easy as. Watch for Pkers.

I wouldn't really advise tribesman to get level 2 clues off though guards and most lower level slayer monsters drop them.

 

 

 

Should also bring some coins and a glory/dueling ring for quick transport and maybe a few coins to get to brimhaven from ardy
