Sextant and watch

I want to do my treasure trail but to do it i need sextant and watch. Some people say that monk in clock tower gives watch and murphy in port khazard gives sextant. But when i speak to Murphy he only ask me if i want to do minigame. Monk ask me can i help him with quest. I dont know where to get them. HELP :ohnoes:

Could be one of a few things:

 

1) they only give you the stuff if you are on a coordinate clue at that present time

 

2) you need to have the clue on you

 

3) you need to have talked to the professor at the observatory and get the chart from him and talk to him about treasure trails first.

 

 

 

Sextant and watch can also be made in people's houses. A few steel bars should do the trick. 28 crafting needed to make them yourself as well as a level 4 table (42 con needed)

You can only make it when you used to own the sextant and watch and lost it.
