I can't figure out how to get over there. It seems you can't just walk.

Once your at Canifis, just walk east until you come to a temple called the Ectofuntus, there you will need to have a pot, a bucket, and some bones. Go upstairs and grind the bones down to bone meal and put it into the pot, then go downstairs until you come to some slime, fill up the bucket and go back to the shrine. Worship and talk to a ghost diciple to recieve your ectotokens, which you need 2 to get in. If you do Ghost's Ahoy quest, you can get in for free.

 

 

 

If you can't get to Canifis, do the Priest In Peril quest.

you can take a ship from most anywhere just talk to a fishing boat trader (charting a ship) or you can walk there after preist in peril quest (http://tip.it/runescape/?rs2quest_id=54) here is the guid for it
