If you poisoned when you log out will you still be poisoned when you log in?

From what i've heard, yes, you will be poisoned when you log back in. to get rid of it, you have to drink antipoison

You can drink antipoison as mentioned, or wait about 10mins for the poison to die down.

if you log into a f2p world, youll still get poision damage. Ypu could duel someone or go ino a safe minigame or even your house and die there and not lose anything.
