On the brewing guide it says that it can take up to 24 hours, and I'm wondering if thats the usual amount of time of if that's if your really unlucky. If it's the latter, than how long does it usually take?

It can take longer. I've waited nearly 2 days for a batch. If you use "the stuff" from Trouble Brewing I think it may cut down brewing time, as well as impriving chance of Mature Chef's Delite.

It took 8 days to brew mine...with the stuff in it, time varies on occassion.

Did you get mature ales more often Timmis400?

I only tried brewing 2 or 3 times, my first ale was Mature and i used The Stuff, my other brews failed
