When someone finishes all the f2p member's quests, what members quests should a person start with? Are there any specific quests that should be done first? What about a train of quests? Any help would be appreciated!

I would recommend going for Lost City, Hero's Quest, and Monkey Madness, than Regicide once you get high enough agillity for dragon weapons.

I would try to do all the quests what opens new areas and give U new ways to travel. Help u a lot.

Ok your priorities are :

 

- Quests that give new ways of travelling (Members is huge :o)

 

- Quests that give access to the weapons you need

 

 

 

But what I suggest you is doing every single quests you have the stats for, then when theyre all done do the other quests the first ones gave you access to. When you're out of avaible quests just get the levels for the quest that would take the less time to get this level, and so on.

 

 

 

Not only will this level your members stats quickly to an "ok" level, but you will never be out of things to do :)
