Norton3000
If you look at my sig you will see that my magic level is way too low. I don't want to waste money so I will use high alchemy. If you have another look at my sig you will see that I can't make yew longs which are normally used for alching. So my question is: How can I high alch with my current skill levels without loosing my money? Retired from RuneScape for as long as possible. Voldmort0
If you either got 70 fletching OR 44rc, you could alch without losing money. You could buy yew long bows and make the nature runes yourself - by doing so you would actually make profit or not lose money, depending on how many nats you'd make per amount of yew longs. Norton3000
How much do they sell yew longs for? I don't mind if I loose 60gp per alch, but 300 would be too much. Retired from RuneScape for as long as possible.
pikachu54673
Heres some calculations: IF you CRAFT rune and FLETCH bows: 85 (P ess)+ 300(yew log)+ 200 (bowstring)=585 (185gp profit/alch) CRAFT runes, BUY longs: 85 + 600 (Longs/ea)= 685 (83gp profit/alch) BUY nats, FLETCH longs 310 (nats) + 300 + 200= 810 (42 loss/alch) BUY nats, BUY longs 310 + 600= 910 (142 loss/alch) Hope I helped! curmudgeony
If you mine/smelt gold, make bracelet, and buy nats, you end up 30 gp ahead. Mind you not great money, but a tidy income.
