I suggest you just build all of them just so if you find out you may need one in the future you don't have to delete your whole house and re-build it. My personal room favorites -- study for making tele tabs, chapel for the gilded altar, kitchen for construction tea & fast leveling until the doors, portal chamber for obvious reasons (canafis teleport super useful for barrows), the workshop for making flatpacks, and a quest hall to set an unlimited glory up.
