I like the shading it looks good and as jab said its a bit plain so put some more stuff in the background and the style of the char is also good keep practicing!!!

I like it because jagex has 1 of the worst customer supports... and as you can see they sit outside of the building and do nothing when people need help... they only go in to ban people...

I'll work on it some tomorrow.. or well the time it is now.. later today. Only thing I really liked about this one was the position the girl is sitting in (turned out suprisingly well drawn) and the shading on the door.
